Agile werken

Steeds meer bedrijven stappen volledig over op een agile methodiek bij hun productontwikkeling. Daarvoor is het van belang dat zowel management als professional weten wat agile werken inhoudt. Hiervoor zijn verschillende certificeringen beschikbaar afhankelijk van de rol die de medewerker heeft. Agile werken gebeurt binnen teams en tussen teams. Scrum is uitermate geschikt om binnen teams gebruikt te worden. Scrum of Scrum kan bijvoorbeeld gebruikt worden als meerdere teams agile werken en samenwerken. Scaled Agile is bij uitstek geschikt voor grotere organisaties en programma's om agile te werken.
