What tools do I need to attend the training sessions?
The tools you’ll need to attend SMC training are:
- Windows : Windows XP SP3 or higher
- Mac : OSX 10.6 or higher
- Internet speed : Preferably 512 Kbps or higher
- Headset, speakers and microphone: You’ll need headphones or speakers to hear instruction clearly, as well as a microphone to talk to others. You can use a headset with a built-in microphone, or separate speakers and microphone.

There are no formal prerequisites for these courses. However, you will have an edge over others when training with us, for an enhanced understanding of the concepts required for this certification exam.
What is included in the course pack?

What does the SMC exam look like?
The SMC exam takes the following format:
- Multiple choice
- 100 questions per exam
- No negative marks for wrong answers
- 120 minutes duration
- Proctored online exam

What is the Certification Validity?
To maintain your credentials, you need will need to earn 40 recertification units or credits every 3 years.
Students can also re-apply for the exam after the certification expiry date and earn the certification. However, we recommend you to participate in continuous learning activities to earn Recertification Units (RCUs) to maintain your credentials.
Is the course aligned to the latest exam and course changes implemented?
Yes, the training is completely aligned to the latest update done to the course by SCRUMStudy.
Is this live training or will I watch pre recorded videos?
All of the classes are conducted via live online streaming. They are interactive sessions that enable you to ask questions and participate in discussions during class time.
